Who we are

LiveSpot is operated by LIVESPOT NORDIC AB (org. no. 559228-4011). We are a Swedish event aggregator that collects and displays events in culture and sports at livespot.se. We do not sell tickets. For questions about your data, contact us at kontakt@livespot.se.

What we collect

When you visit livespot.se, we may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type; usage data such as pages visited, search queries and clicks on ticket links; and information you voluntarily send us via email. We do not use analytics cookies. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we never sell personal data.

Why we collect it

We process data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1f) to operate and improve the website, analyse aggregate usage, detect abuse and measure ad effectiveness. Our analytics service Plausible Analytics uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors across websites.

Cookies

We do not use analytics cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless and does not track individual visitors. Analytics data is sent through a first-party proxy on our domain and nothing personally identifiable is stored in your browser.

Third-party services

We use Cloudflare (USA/global) for hosting, content delivery, bot protection and image storage; Plausible Analytics (EU) for cookieless website analytics; and Supabase (EU) for database infrastructure. When you click through to a ticket provider, that provider’s privacy policy applies.

Data retention

Search query logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to Plausible Analytics settings. Emails to us are kept as long as needed to respond.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se. Contact kontakt@livespot.se to exercise your rights.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when published on this page with an updated date.
